Dear followers

I miss you all so much. I’m still in New York but I will be home soon. Hopefully I will not become a couch potato again but for real, I miss you all and I’m here for you; if you need advice, encouragement, or just someone to listen, I’m here; I’ll listen, promise.

So I noticed that a lot of people are getting sick and well, I just wanted to shate some helpful, home remedies.

My family is known for our health-freak, home-remedy tenancies so I thought I would share some tips for a sore throat.

[DISCLAIMER: I know they sound weird, gross, strange and possibly crazy, but trust me..they help..a lot..]

• Swallowing fresh garlic cloves will kick out any bacteria
   
• Eating a couple marshmallows will soothe your throat
   
• Gargling warm salt water
   
• As though you’re making tea, in a mug add 2 Tablespoons of honey; 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, fill the rest of the mug will warm/hot water.
   
• Ginger tea. asdfka. Amazing. Especially if you find a ginger tea that you enjoy too. 
   
• Or, if you can, ginger juice.
